Michael Bargo (seen here), 21, is facing a first-degree murder charge. Authorities say he was the shooter. Jackson's mother, Sonia, addressed the court before Ely's sentence was read, reports The Ocala Star Banner. She said, "Some say your life is over. [But] You will still see and talk to your family. They have not been for Seath, but rather for what's happened to you," Seath Jackson's mother, Sonia said at Charlie Kay Ely's sentencing. "You could have been a hero and saved many lives." After Jackson's statements the 19-year-old Ely (seen here) was sentenced to spend the rest of her life in prison in addition to a $5,000 fine, the newspaper reported.
